Shipping & Payment Info

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail using small, medium, or large boxes depending on your order. Should you have any questions at the time of checkout - please STOP and email us on any questions you may have prior to us shipping your order.

Once your order is placed - you will receive a "processing" your order and then a "tracking" email and provide you with a tracking number.

We take pride on shipping out your products as soon as we receive your order and will process your order to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. At times, the inventory is wrong where then we will email asking if you prefer a refund or wait until the products arrive with a timeframe.

In some rare cases, we would have to ship First Class when the items you purchased does not fit into a small, medium, or large USPS Priority boxes. Some items that does not fit in the Priority boxes are items such as - dummy birds, feeding trays, gallon cups, etc. Tracking numbers will still be provided.

Larger products (when available) like incubators etc will be available to ship Hawaiian Airlines cargo or YB. You can email tgt.feed@gmail and we can handle the paperwork on our end and let you know what your booking number will be. All deliveries to YB are free - no charge.

Any other products can be delivered in person in the Hilo and Puna areas. In some cases we can deliver to the west side of the island if you email tgt.feed@gmail.com to coordinate the pick up.
